1.2 Conditions: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Items that are damaged, worn, or altered will not be accepted.

  • Sale items (unless defective or damaged)

2. Process for Returns

2.1 Request a Return: To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at support@kasmabypuneeta.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will guide you through the return process.

2.2 Return Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

2.3 Shipping Address: You will be provided with the return shipping address once your return request is approved. Please ensure that the item is securely packaged to prevent any damage during transit.

3. Refunds

3.1 Inspection and Approval: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

3.2 Processing Time: If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

3.3 Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received a refund within the specified time, please check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 4. Exchanges

4.1 Eligibility: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at support@kasmabypuneeta.com with your order number and details of the defect or damage.

4.2 Process for Exchanges: Once your exchange request is approved, we will provide instructions for returning the defective item and shipping the replacement item.

5. Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
